These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our DTF transfer printing services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Services Provided

We provide custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers printed based on customer-submitted artwork. Transfers are intended for use on apparel and other approved surfaces.

2. Artwork & Copyright

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to use and print the submitted designs.

  • By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the design or have full authorization to use it.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any artwork we deem offensive, unlawful, or infringing.

  • The Shirt Company is not liable for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-provided artwork.

3. Print Quality & Colors

  • DTF printing involves unique processes, and final colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to monitor calibration, fabric differences, and ink limitations.

  • We do not guarantee exact color matching unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can assist in calibrating your system with ours if requested.

  • Minor variations in print outcome are considered normal and not grounds for refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide high-resolution artwork (recommended 300 DPI PNG with transparent background).

  • Review order details carefully before approval including, but not limited to sizing, image backgrounds, proper cropping and wasted space, correct numbers of each print, dpi of at least 300, proper spacing between prints to allow slicing, ensure no prints are overlapping , correct spelling, numbers and etc  

  • Ensure garments or substrates used for heat pressing are suitable for DTF transfers.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround times of 24-48 business with exceptions. If you have time sensitive needs or a rush order feel free to contact us prior to placing the order. 

  • Delays caused by incorrect artwork files, missing information, or external shipping carriers are not our responsibility along with unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless you are an approved terms customer. Fell free to contact us  to inquire.

  • Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once printing has started, except in cases of proven defect attributable to our production.

7. Heat Press Instructions & Liability

  • We provide recommended heat press settings, but results may vary depending on your equipment and materials. 

  • The Shirt Company is not responsible for damages to garments, equipment, or transfers caused by improper application or faulty equipment on your end.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once transfers are in the possession of the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order in question.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our transfers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be resolved in Marshall County, Alabama.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at our business location and/or website.
