Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the nature of DTF prints ALL sales are FINAL  The Shirt Company (Prints by TSC) accepts no resposibilities for errors made on the customers end including, but not limited to, low quality graphics, wrong sizing, failure of backgrounds to be removed, artifacts,  wrong numbers of prints, wasted space on gang sheets, and more.

Exceptions
The Shirt Company LLC, aka Prints by TSC, is committed to providing high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers as-well-as and excellent customer service and we stand behind  the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a defect on our end please contact  ASAP but no later than 7 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide photos/proof of the damage or defect when you contact us and you may be asked to return the defect prints back to The Shirt Company LLC... If the defect is determined to be on our end you will elligible to receive a reprint of your designs at no cost to you or possible refund at the sole discretion of The Shirt Company’s findings of  the prints in question.
